INTERNET DOWNLOADS: Contractors who have not obtained this solicitation document directly from IEF, or who may have downloaded the document from the IEF website, shall be responsible for immediately notifying IEF of their interest in order to receive all written addenda on a timely basis. Contractors who do not so notify IEF and submit proposals without receipt of all addenda issued may be deemed to have submitted proposals not responsive to this Request for Proposals solicitation.
