Summer Boost Student Enrollment Form

This is the application form for enrollment in the 2024 Summer Boost Program at Lighthouse Public Schools.

Students current enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th grade can apply to attend.  The program will be an exciting 20 days during June 2024 filled with learning experiences in music, art, theater, math, and English.
