Hello! My name is Mrs.Senger and I am excited to be teaching 1st grade ELAR this year. I have been teaching for 24 years and look forward to working at LPS where the students come first. Through hard work and dedication I was blessed to be able to obtain a Masters degree in Education with a minor in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix. I am certified through the state of Texas with a Core Subjects EC-6 and a supplemental Special Education certification. I believe in creating a safe and diverse classroom where students are able to take risks and challenge themselves in learning as a class and individually. The classroom will have strategies in place that offer clear expectations, communication, positive reinforcement and of course fun. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors hiking, working on crafts, and going on adventures with my family.
