My name is Barry Adame-Lemaitre, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Lighthouse. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, I have been fortunate to spend more than 25 years in education, serving students, families, and educators in both Scotland and the United States.

I believe the heart of every great school is relationships. My role as a servant leader is to support our students, families, and staff by listening, building trust, and creating opportunities for everyone to succeed.

At Lighthouse, we believe in Leading, Inspiring, Growing, and creating a place that feels like Home—Together. Every decision we make is centered on what is best for our students. I want every child to feel known, every family to feel welcomed, and every staff member to feel valued.

Education has the power to change lives, and I consider it a privilege to partner with our families as we prepare students not only for academic success but for life beyond the classroom.
